Is there any edition of the Amara Kosha that contains also the index with page number at the beginning or the end of the book so that one can look for the word in the index and go to the verse?

Thank you for the link. It helps a lot. But the shloka is not displayed. The shloka is embedded in the meaning given and one can't access the shloka.

Namaste,For those who can read Kannada, the Louis Rice edition published by Mysore Univ has this. We prepared the print ready PDF for this and used that opportunity to include Kannada and English word index as well. I was surprised to see that 'cockroach' is there in Sanskrit - परोष्णी , तैलपायिका (२.४.४९३) !I will try to generate a Devanagari text using the Kannada source we have.
