Two day Sangita-shastra karyashala in Samskritam

Dear Sanskrit and music Enthusiasts,

We at Sarasvata Samsthanam are happy to invite you, your students and faculty to a two-day workshop on Sangeeta shastra, Join us as we offer an introduction to foundational musicological texts like the Sangeeta Ratnakara, Ragavibodha and Chaturdandi Prakashika. We will also try to understand some technical terms that can be used today.

Topic: Brief introduction to foundational Sangīta-Śāstra texts
Dates: Saturday, December 20, 2025, and Sunday, December 21, 2025.

Medium of Instruction: This workshop will be conducted exclusively in Sanskrit. This specialized format is intended for participants who are comfortable in Sanskrit and wish to engage with the original source material.
