I want to survey the translations of the Vedic texts ( Samhita, Brahmana, Aranyaka & Upanishad of all available branches) and kosha-s in the regional languages only for the Vedic studies. I request the scholars to provide me this information. Regards, Bhagyalata Pataskar.

Namo Namah,
Dr Pataskar is the head of ‘Vaidik SaMshodhana MaNDala, Pune’.
Presently while translation of much of the vaidik literature is available in English and German but not in all the Indian languages. Many students in the various Indian Universities are studying Sanskrit, Vedas and Shastras etc. in the medium of the local Indian language. It will be a great service for the cause of Sanskrit if any institute can provide translation of all the Vaidik literature in the different Indian languages.
Let us all try to help Dr. Pataskar with whatever kind of help that we can provide.

Sir,I may kindly be permitted to give my humble opinion on this subject,Vedas are an encyclopedic repository of wisdom for welfare of all the creation, and do not lend themselves to easy translation. To give a very crude analogy, it is like saying that one wants to translate Newton's 'Principia' or Einstein's research on relativity and make it available in all languages. The mission is noble indeed. But the translation (assuming that it is possible ) has to keep in mind the intellectual and academic ability of the audience.Starting from great souls such as Sage Valmiki in Ramayan, Bhagwan Krishna in Geeta, Buddha, Adi Shankaracharya, Yask, Skand Swami, Sayan down to Swami Dayanand Saraswati, Rama Krishna,Vivekananda, Raman Maharshi, Aurobindo and so on all have been making great contributions to make message of our shastras available to all.
Complete translation of Rigveda Samhitha (with Sayanabhashya) by Late H.P.Venkatarao in Kannada is available from Digital Library of India.
