Caritam 1

This set of album contains the Prathama Carita or the first part of Devi Mahatmya. It deals with the story of Madhu Kaitabha Vadha. The story enlightens us on the importance of conquering desires and sweetness on the one hand and bitterness and aversion on the other hand. The Prathama Carita helps one to lead a life of equanimity.

It contains stories which deal with the slaughter of demons like Dhumralochana, Chanda, Munda, Raktabija, Shumbha and Nishumbha.
