Let us congratulate Shivamurthy Shivacharya Swamiji of Sirigere Taralabalu Bruhanmutt for the 'Adikavi' award

In the same announcement where Vagdevi award was announced for our Dr Shankar Rajaraman avaru , Adikavi award was announced for Shivamurthy Shivacharya Swamiji of Sirigere Taralabalu Bruhanmutt also. 

He is a great Vyakarana scholar. 

Very rare for a swamiji to be so software savy as to be able to create a tool like Ganakastadyayi. http://www.taralabalu.org/panini/

Swamiji I wonder if you remember me (T.S.Rukmani from Concordia University, Montreal).  We have interacted  at  various SKT conferences and I remember your critical observations at the grammar sessions. I want to pay my respects and congratulate you for this well deserved award.
