Rupamandana

I am looking for a digital copy of Rupamandana, whose fourth chapter describes the ekamukha, trimukha, and chaturmukha linga-s. 

An edition with Hindi translation has been published by MLBD, but I am sure there will be a older out-of-copyright publication:

DLI has a book called Jaina Rupamandanda, which I am not sure is the same work as the work I am looking for.

Any pointers would be helpful.

Found a 1936 Sanskrit only edition here https://archive.org/details/dmp_rm

If any other editions are available online, I would be happy to know.

Rupamandana with Hindi commentary by Balram Srivastava is available at the following link. Title page and page 1 of introduction are missing. They can be read from Google book link given at the bottom.
