How is the word आश्रयत् āśrayat derived?

Please help.

 

How is the word आश्रयत् āśrayat derived? What is the word from which it is derived and which suffix is added to it?

 

I could not find the word आश्रयत् āśrayat in the dictionary.

नमो विद्वद्भ्यः

आश्रयस्य भावः आश्रयत्वम् -- ’ तस्य भावस्त्वतलौ ’ पा 5-1-118

भावः = जातिः /  महासत्ता / महासामान्यम् is meant by Panini . Others said नित्या (नैयायिकाः) , महान् (सांख्याः)

आत्मा (वेदान्तिनः) as the meaning of त्व / तल् । ’ भावे ’ ( घञ् ) पा 3-3-18 also .

संबन्धिभेदात् सत्तैव भिद्यमाना गवादिषु ।

जातिरित्युच्यते तस्यां सर्वे शब्दा व्यवस्थिताः ॥

तां प्रातिपदिकार्थं च धात्वर्थं च प्रचक्षते ।

सा नित्या सा महान् आत्मा तामाहुः त्वतलादयः ॥  33,34 ; जातिसमुद्देशः , वाक्यपदीयम्

सम्बन्धिभेदात् = आश्रयभेदात्  / व्यक्तिभेदात् ; त्वतलादयः = त्व , तल् , घञ् , खल् , क्तिन् etc .; सत्तैव = महासामान्यम्

( अद्वैतसिद्धान्ते परब्रह्म ) ।

The text you quoted  cannot be recommended - careful while selecting a text , especially with 

शास्त्रीय terminology .

The author should be conversant with पदवाक्यप्रमाणवेदान्तदर्शनs -- should be a भट्ट ।

Prefer an original text to a translation as far as possible .

It is not a word in the dictionaries, but a fom of a verb given above with  the prefix आ in the past tense conjugated as above: 

आश्रयत् -  आश्रयताम्  - आश्रयन्! 

etc.
