Dear friends,,
First a word of acknowledgement to the group for helping me to enter
the vast field of linguistics.  The problem that appeared to me some
ten years ago was that language (expression) was an inherent characteristic
of life, unlike the thinking that language is taught.  There has to be a
cosmological property to be discovered in the living cell itself.
The problem is multidimensional and complex, but tractable.  We studied
the Vedas to appreciate the sounds and we are just starting to code the
massive model.  I would like to connect to individuals who might have
expertise in Python and understand the mechanics of Codex.  We have to
create large dictionaries of neural data connecting to acoustic recordings.
I will arrange proper honorarium for the effort.
Best regards,
Bijoy Misra

Dear Dr. Misra,

Thank you for sharing this fascinating research initiative. I would be very interested in exploring how I could contribute to the work.

My background is in Python, data science, data engineering, and technical training. I have also been deeply interested in Sanskrit, Vedic studies, and the structure and significance of Vedic sounds. The intersection of computational methods, language, acoustic data, and Vedic phonetics therefore particularly interests me.

I would be keen to understand more about the computational model you are developing, especially the proposed architecture for creating large dictionaries connecting neural data with acoustic recordings. I can contribute on the Python, data-processing, data-structuring, and potentially machine-learning side, while learning the specific requirements of the research as we proceed.

I would also be interested in understanding how you are currently approaching the Codex component and what kind of expertise or initial tasks you would like a collaborator to take up.

Please let me know if we could have a brief discussion about the project, its current stage, and where my skills could be useful. I would be glad to explore the possibility of contributing to the work, including on a project basis with the honorarium you mentioned.

Best regards,
Raju

Dear Sri Raju,
Excellent.
I am resharing the video talk of Dec, 2025.
There was an earlier talk in Dec 2024.
The origin of the idea goes back to an invited talk in MIT for the inauguration of the AI lab in 1997.
Let me schedule a video meeting in two weeks.
Thank you.

Dear Dr. Mishra,

I have shared your email with three of my San Francisco colleagues— all experienced high tech folks, and all from Orissa 😊

Please give them some time to discuss, respond before you sign on with anyone else 🙏🏻

Namaste,

But why 'before you sign on with anyone else '?
As you saw someone has already responded.

My apologies. I thought I was responding only to Dr. Misra.

Dear friends,
We can accommodate all who might be interested.
There is a massive amount of work.
We need a strong physics and analysis background.
Of course practice of sound through recitation and
meditation would help appreciate speech.
People can give a fraction of time and move with
a specific piece of research,  Good programming
expertise in modeling will be an asset.
Best regards,
Bijoy Misra
