I guess Anandasrama Mudranalaya, Pune, brought this Upanisad out long ago.

Yes. It was published by Anandashram in 1895. This contains the
commentary of Shankaracharya on the PuurvaTaapaniya and that of
VidyaaraNya on the Uttara.... The Text only is available in the 108
Upanishads in Telugu script published in Bangalore by Shastri in 1900.

If you are looking to know where this Upanishad is cited in various other works, perhaps this search result might be of use:

The PanchadashI of Sri Vidyaranya cites this Upanishad.  More search results could be had by searching with other combinations of words.

It was published among the 108 Upanishad-s, in pp.174-343 onwards in the Vaishnava Upanishad-s  published with Brahmananda Yogi-s commentary in 1923 by Adyar Library and also should be available in other collections of Upanishads also.

The Hindi translations of both नृसिंहपूर्वतापनीय and नृसिंहोत्तरतापनीय upanishads form chapter 66 and 67 of the Upanishad Ank (उपनिषदङ्क), the 23rd special edition of Kalyan magazine, brought out by Gita Press, Gorakhpur.

You can search for the book on Gita Press site, by book code 659.

http://www.gitapress.org/Search_main.asp

The book is still in print.

The PanchadashI of Sri Vidyaranya cites this Upanishad.

This Upanishad has been taken up for a detailed exposition by Sri Shankarananda Saraswati (Guru of Swami Vidyaranya) in a work titled 'AtmapurANam' which is also known as 'upaniShadratnam'.

Also, Vidyaranya has devoted one chapter for this Upanishad in his 'anubhUtiprakAshaH' Chapter 20 titled: 'devavidyAprakAshaH' in 156 verses.

There is also a commentary on this upanishad attributed to Sri Shankaracharya.

Namaste,

Can it be said that you are referring to this great Shri Vidyashankara as Shri Shankarananda Saraswati.

No. Shri Shankarananda Saraswati is a different person. Vidyaranya pays obeisance to him in the Panchadashi.
