Respected Sri Varun,

You may try out this - https://www.i2ocr.com/free-online-malayalam-ocr

If you are familiar with github and setting up code on local machine - you may try out https://gitlab.com/smc/tesseract-ocr-web of Swathanthra Malayalam Computing headed by
Santhosh Thottingal

For Tamizh - you may try this http://ocr.tamil.subasa.lk/ or https://tamil.indiatyping.com/index.php/ocr-tamil The earlier mentioned i2ocr also has a tamizh ocr on the same site.

सविनया,
पूजा

PS: I have not tried/used any of these tools on a personal capacity. This is just a cursorial curation of tools I found through search engines. So it would be beneficial, if your good-self can try out the tools and let the forum know what is your experience with these.

https://ocr.sanskritdictionary.com/#

This works for all Indian scripts (modern) including Tamil.
But only one page at a time (image as .jpeg or .png).
