Dear Learned Elders,
After a long tedious work, I have completed the tables of Gregorian Date conversion to Vikrami Samvat Tithi and vice versa table, Now for any Tithi start Year 3300 BCE to 2026 CE we can find corresponding Gregorian date, I have meticulously calculated the Adhik Tithi/Adhik maas (extra day/month) and Kshay Tithi/ Lost Mass (lost date/lost month) so that it accurately reflect the Tithi.

श्री कृष्ण के जन्म से (126 कलिपूर्व 3228 BCE) से वर्तमान कलि 5129 2026 CE पर्यन्त 5000+ वर्षो की तिथि - अंग्रेजी दिनांक सारणी
Shri Krishna Birth Year (126 Before Kali Era 3228 BCE) to current 5129 Kali Era 2026 CE) 5000+ Years of Tithi to Gorgonian Date Tables.

I hope my hard work will help us to understand the Chronology and the arrangement of events order as our all ancient scriptures are using the Samvat Tithi, as additional check I have included the moon Nakshatra as well.
Once this is established, I know there are many more things can be added to these tables and I am open for ideas.
Further, I have verified the table for many dates based on stone inscription, and it come out to correct for the earlier BCE year there might be a gap of day or less.

Example: The Sarban stone inscription (also called the Saravala inscription) is a 14th-century Sanskrit record. It is dated Vikrama Samvat 1384, Phalgun Shukla Sudi 5, Tuesday, Discovered in Sarban village near the Raisina area in Delhi, it is now housed at the Purana Qila Museum, using my table the corresponding Gregorian Date comes out to 24 February 1328 CE shak samvat 1249 Aswani Nakshtra Julian Date 16 February 1328 AD).

BTW, have you included the nomenclature of the 60 year samvatsar cycle as well? If yes, there will be decayed year as well.

Samvat cycle is not included yet, 

There are many different school on decayed years, will include samvatsar based on surya siddhanta

I will be enlightened, if someone can help with exact sutra to calculate the  Samvatsara, 
based my little knowledge,  Samvatsara is a yearly cycle tide with Solar return calibrated with moon cycles (adhik maas and kshay mass) however it is also linked with Jupiter cycle,  Jupitor + Saturday motion (60 years with conjunction every 20 years. 5*~12-year cycles of Jupiter equal 2*~30 cycles of Saturn so each samvatsar name has astrological meaning.

    If not having referred already, I would suggest the following reference:

L.D.Swamikannu Pillai (1922): "An Indian Ephemeris: AD 700 to AD 1799 and Vol.7: AD 1800 to AD 2000.

Preface and Introduction in the two parts of Vol.1 could be especially useful in planning the computations.

Of course, all the Vols would be useful for cross-verifying the computed results.

Unlike the North Indian case, the South Indian 60 year cycle is taken to be continuous, without any decayed year. Please refer to the appended clips for AD 1999.

Thank you for the valuable information. It is incredibly helpful, and I will certainly refer back to it.

On a separate note, I have been looking into the Samvatsar aspect of the Panchang, which reflects the motions of both Jupiter and Saturn. Just as we have Adhik and Kshaya months (Maas) and days (Diwas), it follows that there must also be a Kshaya Samvatsar (an omitted year).

I have been diving deeper into the astronomical details of this phenomenon, and the math matches up perfectly within my 5,000-year calendar calculations.
