Dr. Bibek Debroy Ji was a towering scholar, well-versed in diverse domains like economics, history, culture, politics, spirituality and more. Through his works, he left an indelible mark on India’s intellectual landscape. Beyond his contributions to public policy, he enjoyed working on our ancient texts, making them accessible to the youth.

What a big loss. Had he lived longer, he would have given us some more valuable translations. He was also doing some very significant organizational work . 

May he be lead to sadgati.

नरेन्द्राय कृतं कृत्यं सुरेन्द्राय गतस्त्वितः॥ 

Bibek(ji) has left for heavenly abode, to the presence of Devaraja(Debroy).

Having done the job for Narendra (Modi) (as economic advisor), now it is turn of Surendra (king of Gods in Svarga)!
