As per the ref. of New Catalogus Catalogorum, this com. was published in Kavyaprakasa Press, Calcutta, 1871. Then 3 more editions are there. 

Thank you very much for sharing. So that one can go for the critical edition of the commentary.

It seems printed editions of commentaries on Sivatandavastotra are not available on the internet.

Padayojana tika on Sivatandavastotra by Madhavananda was published from Nirnayasagar Press in 1930.
