I got your reference from Inventory of Sanskrit Scholars. I was wondering if you could help me figure out the meaning/origin of word "Reyansh". Does it mean anything?  Is it a Sanskrit word? I will really appreciate your help.

Thank you Sri, for the explanation. One can't rely on the internet / naming website to name a child these day. It's pandit like yourself who are the real custodians of the knowledge.

Just one more query. Will Rayansh be a masculine word or a neuter word in Sanskrit?

    Reyansh (रेयांश) is one of them. People believe it is first Ray of Sun. Why? Rey and Ray matches that's why? 

    But wait! Isn't Ray an English word?

   While Ansh (अंश) means part in Sanskrit, for किरण which actually means Ray of sun, 

    has no equivalent synonym that sounds like Ray or Rey in Sanskrit.

   So Reyansh does not mean ray of sun. That's just plain wrong.

   However there is a Sanskrit term Raya (रय) which means affluence, vehemence, riches, kingship.

   So Raya + ansh means Rayansh (रय + अंश = रयांश) that's a proper Sanskrit name and 

  it means one who is part of riches, who is like king or a prince.

Thus Rayansh becomes Reyansh as per our lingual evolution and influence of English!

It could be श्रेयांसः in Sanskrit in plural of the word श्रेयस् in masculine gender.
