Popularly known for his transformative leadership positions, he served as Vice-Chancellor of Sampurnanand Sanskrit University, Varanasi, Sree Somnath Sanskrit University, Gujarat, and was the founding Vice-Chancellor of Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan (now Central Sanskrit University).

He doesn't have any airs about his scholarship and is easily accessible even for the beginners and enthusiasts.
