Is there an English translation of KUMARA VYASA'S  "karnata bharata kathamanjari" written in Kannada?

I think there was a translation done by Rao, published in the 1980s. It’s around 1,000 pages long.

Thanks. What is the translator's full name? Is it unabridged?

If it is Seshagiri Rao as given here-->

Yes, you've got the name correct, and, as far as I know, the abridged
version is all that exists at the moment. I had a quick look at the
translation; it may not be the smoothest, but it's OK. Apparently
Murty Classical Library was planning a 3 volume set, but I don't know
where they are with that project.

If you need a specific part, maybe I could check if the abridged
version has it?
I tried looking for full translations into other Indian languages but
not much luck so far.
