Vak - a new programming language in sanskrit

Dear Sanskrit enthusiasts and well-wishers,

I am happy to share वाक् (Vāk), an open-source programming language that explores the use of Sanskrit and Pāṇinian grammatical principles in programming-language design.

Vāk goes beyond simply translating programming keywords into Sanskrit. It explores how concepts such as कारक (Kāraka) and semantic roles can contribute to computational thinking and programming.

The project is intended as an experiment at the intersection of Sanskrit, Computational Linguistics, and Computer Science, with potential applications in education and further research.
