The unavailability of Gyanbharatam

Respected sir/maam, 

I wanted to ask you if any among this group know the reason that the gyanbharatam is not working, first they divided the manuscripts into two sets Private and Public. One could read the public ones directly, and needed reason for reading the private ones (though how ever you write any reason they never reply or gave permission, nothing at all). But now none of them can be read, so do any of you know the reason for this? Any renovation?  Thanks in advance.
