We are delighted to share that Parshwanath Vidyapeeth, Varanasi, in collaboration with the Indian Society for Indic Studies (InSIS), Dr. PSECT, Vadodara, is organizing an ICPR-Sponsored 3-Day National Seminar on the theme:

“Applied Ancient Wisdom: Jain Philosophy for Transforming Education”
📅 Dates: 20–22 January 2026
📍 Venue: Parshwanath Vidyapeeth, Varanasi – 221005

This seminar aims to explore the relevance of Jain principles—ahiṃsā, anekāntavāda, aparigraha, and samyama—in shaping education for the 21st century. It will focus on integrating ethical values into pedagogy, promoting ecological and social responsibility, and reaffirming India’s indigenous knowledge systems in global education.

• Jain Ethics & Educational Values

• Jain Epistemology & Pluralistic Thinking

• Curriculum & Pedagogy Inspired by Jainism

• Jainism & Environmental Consciousness

• Policy Perspectives & Modern Applications

• Comparative & Interdisciplinary Explorations

• Classical Pāli, Prakrit, and Sanskrit Jain Texts

Submission Guidelines:

• Abstract: up to 300 words

• Author profile: 200 words + photo

• Full Paper: 4,000–6,000 words (MS Word/PDF)

• Languages: English/Hindi

• Abstract Submission Deadline: 15 October 2025

• Notification of Acceptance: 20 October 2025

• Full Paper Submission: 15 November 2025

Selected papers will be published in an edited volume/journal.
