There is a rudra shApa to viSNu sahasranAma.  I have seen some chanting this.  But it is not a prAmANika.  Once I asked my AchArya about this.  He rejected this saying it is absurd !

Who has the guts to gives curse to viSNu who commands the entire universe and with whose orders the sun rises ! (भीषोदेति सुर्यः)

Dear friends,

If there is any shapa-vimochana mantra for Vishnu Sahasranama, that may not necessarily mean that there was a shapa on Lord Vishnu. There are also shapa-vimochana mantras for Gayatri and that may not mean the Gayatri has been cursed. Instead these may mean that Brahma and Vashishtha  were unhappy in the wrong use of the powers of the Gayatri mantra by people. Even Vishwamitra tried once to misuse the powers of Gayatri mantra and it did not work out well and he could have cursed Gayatri. The reciting of the Shapa-vimochana mantra should remind one (the reciter of the Gayatri mantra) that the powers of the Gayatrimantra is not for wrong offensive use but only for lokasamgaha as well as for one's own welfare. It appears to me that if there is any shapa-vimochana mantra fot the Vishnu sahasranama, it could be that the powers of the Vishnu sahasranama is not to be invoked for causing any harm to others.

skb

As long as a being is "Saguna" (Even in case of being a God) that being is not exempted from being cursed.
There are several instances in the puranas where Vishnu received curses.
1. According to the account of the Hayagriva Incarnation of Lord Vishnu, due to the effect of the curse of Goddess Lakshmi, Vishnu was beheaded  and the horse head was fixed to him (This is according to Devi Bhagavatam)

2. According to the Skanda Purana He was cursed by Siva to be separated from his wife when He cut the body of Sati Devi into pieces with His Sudarsana Chakra while Siva was performing Tandava Dance in anger having laid down the corpse of Sati on his shoulders.

3. When Vishnu in the incarnation of Mohini and Siva were moving in the Darukavana the sage of that forest cursed both Siva and Kesava.

4. In the Skanda Purana there was an instance where Vishnu was cursed by Brnda (Tulasi) the wife of Jalandhara.

5. In the Brahma purana and other puranas Sarsvati/ (in some puranas) Savitri cursed Brahma, Vishnu, Siva and Gayatri to become Rivers. Accordingly Vishnu assumed the form of Krishna River, Siva - Veni River, Brahma - Kumudvati and Gayatri - Gayatri river.

In this manner there are several instances in the Puranas where Vishnu and Siva also were cursed.

It is true that Vishnu has been cursed by many including Gandhari. Vedavyasa says in the Mahabharata that Lord Krishna could have annulled the curse but allowed it to fructify. He used that to help his objective, for which he prayed to Lord Shiva and Shiva granted him a son Shamba, who by his actionbrought the end of the Yadus.

I feel that the action of cursing the Vishnu sahasranama may not be the same as cursing Vishnu.

I agree with Sunil Ji regarding the curse of Vishnu Sahasra nama stotram. But my earlier mail about the curse of Vishnu is in response to the statement of Sri Venkata Sriram ji's mail:
"Who has the guts to gives curse to viSNu who commands the entire universe and with whose orders the sun rises ! (भीषोदेति सुर्यः)".
 Pranams to all.
