The second half of this line is found in

मोक्षकरणसमग्रयां भक्तिरेव गरियसी ।
स्वस्वरूपानुसन्धानं भक्तिरित्यभिधीयते ॥ ३२ ॥ 

from Vivekachudamani. 

With this as second half , there seem to be some expressions like 

 ईश्वरे परमं प्रेम, भक्तिरित्यभिधीयते। आसक्तिविषय प्रेम देहदारागृहादिषु।। 6।। https://www.punjabkesari.in/dharm/news/real-meaning-of-bhakti-638395

लैङ्ग० उ० खं० stands for Linga Purana Uttara Khanda. As per Vedanta Karikavali the exact location is Linga Purana Uttara Khanda, chapter 9, verse 19.

But, this verse is not found in Lingapurana available in print, though Uttara Khanda 9th chapter contains a definition of Bhakti.

grateful to you.

At present I would like to draw your attention to a book ,"Krishna madhava cintamanih"-a memorial volume in honour of a great Naiyayika Pt Krishnamadhava Jha of Mithila.His son Dr Kishorenath Jha,Ex-Principal,Kendriya Sanskrit Vidyapith,Guruvayur wants to offer this book for free downloading in the interest of scholars.
