I looked into the Dictionary. I am wondering whether the appropriate title would be Dictionary of Advaita terms. But if the author has thought it to be .......in quotations, there must be some reason behind it.

But when I tried again after half an hour, I failed.  Out of the 2-3 alternatives, I request you to inform me one which opens easily. I am not so techno-savvy.
