Could you please guide me to two or three authentic commentaries of Vaiśeṣika Sūtra? 

Preferably in Hindi. English might also work.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Prashastapada's Padartha Dharma Sangraha with Shridhara's Nyaya Kundali

It is the second oldest work of the Vaisheshika school, second only to Kanada's Vaisheshika Sutras, the defining text of the Vaisheshika school.  The Padartha Dharma Sangraha is often referred to as "Prashastapada's Bhashya" or commentary on the Vaisheshika Sutras, but it is not an actual verse-by-verse commentary.  Instead it's an independent exposition of the views of the Vaisheshika school, although it frequently refers to the Vaisheshika Sutras.  (If you want an actual commentary on the Vaisheshika Sutras, you can read Shankara Mishra's commentary which is also available on archive.org in English.)
