the key phrase here is " uses cow urine distillate as a bio-enhancer to increase the effectiveness and absorption of antibiotics and anti-fungal agents  "

many ancient traditions have experimented with urine of cow, camel etc, and charaka mentions about 8 urines studied. and cow being the best among them.

the cow must be healthy as well, not any cow.

and it is the distillate, and acts as enhancer.

it was recommended as medicinal purpose, not daily consumption for healthy humans.

just to say that the research should not be taken to mean drink any cow's raw urine on a daily basis.
