Looking for the book शिष्यहितावृत्तिः

I am looking for the book "शिष्यहितावृत्तिः" by उग्रभूतिभट्टः, edited by रामसागर मिश्र and published by Prabha Prakashan, Delhi in 1997.

I have been searching for this book for quite some time but have been unable to find where it can be purchased. It is also unavailable on archive.org.

If anyone could help me locate a copy or advise on where I might find it, I would be deeply grateful.
