There are four sampradāyas, or disciplic successions, namely the Brahma-sampradāya, the Rudra-sampradāya, the Śrī sampradāya and the Kumāra-sampradāya

Would everyone please let me know if there are any Sampradaya acharyas who have written in-depth, multivolume commentary on Mahabharat?

To my knowledge, there are two 'sampradaya' based Sanskrit commentaries to the MB:

1.  The Bharata-bhAvadeepa by NilakanTha Chaturdhara (17th Century CE)  of the Advaita sampradaya.

2.  Lakshalankara by Sri Vadiraja Tirtha (c.1480 – c.1600 ) of the Madhwa sampradaya.

Brahma sampradaya

1.Vadiraja tirtha from  had written a commentary called Lakshalankara Teeka on entire Mahabharata 

2.Satyadharma Tirtha had written commentary on Viratparva & Udyoga Parva 

3.Liṅgeri Śrīnivāsācārya had written commentary on Viratparva

4. Śrīnivāsācārya had  written commentary on Yakṣapraśnaḥ section of Mahabharata 

Madhvacharya had written a critical overview of Mahabharata  named MAHABHARATA TATPARYA NIRNAYA but it is not verse by verse

No commentary is translated in hindi or english but Mahabharat taatparya nirnay has been translated into English I am giving the link below. But it is not verse by verse it is a critical overview of Mahabharata

As per the Sampradaya of Ramanujacharya, Vallabhacharya, and Nimbarkacharya there are no commentary
Please check the link all three volumes are uploaded of vadiraja tirtha

For other commentaries I don't have any pdf but they are edited by Vyasanakere Prabhanjanacharya

If possible, could someone please explain the sloka count in the Sri Vadiraja tirtha commentary on Mahabharat? In addition, have we not  the acharya commentary by gaudiye vaishnav sampradaya?

Dear Aman Mishra ,
32 syllable verse known as a sloka and it has a meter(Chanda).
Vadiraja tirtha's commentary is in prose rather than sloka. If you want to know a commentary in sloka you can see Sri Hari sauri's commentary on Shrimad bhagavatam 10th canto. So as vadiraja tirtha's commentary is in prose you cannot count sloka.

Gaudiya Vaishnav Acharyas had not written any commentary on Mahabharat.

Q2 Additionally I want to know about commentaries of Nilakantha , Devbodha, Vimalbodha , Arjun Misra , Ratnagarbha etc 

Q3 Please let me know Authentic Kannad/Tamil/Telgu mahabharat translation in english or vice versa

With regards to Nilakantha (Advaita) commentary, it is not in verse form.  It is a regular commentary for the verses of the Mahabharata, in prose form.  The commentary is accessible here:

4924 pages.  In some places the scan may not be very clear. There may be a better scan somewhere.

There is another well edited Mahabharata source, produced by Sri Krishnacharya and Gopalacharya, Kumbhakonam, over 120 years ago.  The special feature of this edition is that at the beginning of every chapter the editors have given the chapter summary in a sentence in Sanskrit. They have painstakingly produced an index.

Contains elaborate introduction in Sanskrit and English by T.Krishnacharya.

The edition contains in the foot note in many chapters, the Nilakantha commentary, selectively. 

It is surely worth studying this edition.

Answer - you can see the page no is right 3 and after that 4 the verse no are missing basically sri vadiraja tirtha had not written commentary on them and also you will find changes in number of verse in other writer's commentary for example verse 20 of first chapter of adi parva (sri vadiraja Commentary) is 14 in sri neelakanta"s commentary.

Q2 Additionally I want to know about commentaries of Nilakantha , Devbodha, Vimalbodha , Arjun Misra , Ratnagarbha etc 

Answer- I have a complete good quality pdf version of Nilakantha & Devbodha's commentary and will upload soon.

Regarding commentaries of  Vimalbodha , Arjun Misra only the virat and udoya Parva is published.

Ratnagarbha's  commentary is not published; it is still in manuscript form.
