Searching for the exact location of GURU-GITA

Respected Scholars,

Namo Namah.

I am in search of exact location of GURU-GITA in Skanda-purana, which is said to be found in uttara-khanda (Lord Shiva and Devi Parvati samvada) of Skanda Purana. The following is the link for GURU-GITA where the above reference has been mentioned.

This is the last line: इति श्रीस्कंदपुराणे उत्तरखंडे ईश्वरपार्वतीसंवादे गुरुगीता समाप्त ॥

Somehow I could not find it in the Skanda Purana's hardcopy available to me. In fact, there is no "uttara-khanda" mentioned in that book. Can anyone help me find the GURU-GITA in the Skanda-Purana (soft copy) if possible?

3- स्कन्द पुराण में पांच क्षेत्र का उल्लेख हुआ है, इसमें उत्तराखंड की चर्चा हैं, जिसमें इस क्षेत्र को क्या नाम दिया गया हैं- मानसखंड और केदारखंड

Thank you once again for sharing your valuable inputs. To be very specific, I am in search of the mention of the whole GURU-GITA in any published Skanda Purana edition.

I have been looking for the Gurugita  in different editions of the Skanda Purana for over 20 years and have never found it there.
