Indeed a good suggestion, so far I read there are 42 + nadi granthas in Kerala tradition and all are not in single hand so the owner's willingness for digitised edition is important,

 archive.org or DLL can be enriched with such noble sharing and interested peoples can enjoy Indian treasure.

The basic concept of Nadi Astrology is "Nadi" (nāḍi). There are 150 Nādis in a sign or Rāshi (Rāsi); one sign is 30 degrees of the zodiac 360. Twelve signs of the zodiac are grouped into three categories: Moveable (Chara), Fixed (Sthira), and Dual (Dvisvabhāva) signs. The nomenclature of 150 Nādis is peculiar to each of these three types of signs. There are 1,800 Nādis in 360 degrees. The numbers and names of Nādis are identical among all four Chara signs. Among all four Sthira signs, the numbers and names of Nādis are identical, but the numbering is different from those in Chara and Dvisvabhāva signs. Similarly, the numbering of Nādis in all four Dvisvabhāva signs is identical among themselves but different from Chara or Sthira signs. For instance, the first Nādi in Chara signs such as Aries is Vasudhā Nādi, but in Sthira signs the order is reversed and Vasudhā is 150th Nādi. In Dvisvabhāva signs such as Gemini, Vasudhā is 76th Nādi; that is, from the middle of 150. Thus, there are 450 distinctive names and numbers in the full zodiac.^[6] Nādi texts use this concept of Nādi as the basic unit for prediction. That is why they are called "Nādi amshas".

Chandra Kalā Nadi, which is also known as Deva Keralam, was published by Sagar Publications in 1992, edited, and translated into English by R Santhanam. It is a compilation of over 82 hundred verses by Achyut of Kerala. That is why it is called "Deva Keralam". But its original kernel was Chandra Kalā Nādi, which has not been preserved as a separate text. Deva Keralam has borrowed many non-Nādi concepts also to make the book fuller, but it preserves the gist of Nādi astrology. However, there are many different trends in Nādi Astrology that are not present in Deva Keralam. There are Nādi texts named after planets, such as Guru Nādi or Shukra Nādi, and there are voluminous unpublished texts like Dhruva Nādi. The palm leaves in Tamil Nādu temples use a style different from that of Deva Keralam, and the Tamil method of Nādi Astrology is paralleled by Bhrigu Samhitā in north India, which has been published in part, but many spurious publications in the name of Bhrigu Samhitā have also appeared in the market.

The basic methodology of these Nādi or Samhitā texts has never been described in these texts, hence astrologers can predict only what they already possess, and are dumbfounded when they do not possess the required leaf about some particular person. The most fundamental trait of Nādi texts is Nādi, which is a sum total of all divisions of a sign caused by sixteen divisional charts (shodasha Vargas) described in texts like BPHS (Brihat Parāshara Horā Shāstra). 135 divisions out of a total of 285 are repeated in other divisions; hence there are exactly 150 distinctive divisions of a sign. But these divisions are unequal; largest division being of half a degree, and the smallest division is 36th part of a degree. Another school of thought assumes that all 150 divisions are equal; the value being 12 minutes (arc) in length.^[7]

When predictions are based on Nādis in which ascendant and planets are placed; it means the combined results of all sixteen divisional charts are being told. Hence, Nādi Astrology is the most detailed and accurate method. But it requires highly precise birth time, and it also requires knowledge of genuine Nādi texts, most of which are unpublished, and the custodians do not allow others to see the manuscripts. The same is the case with Samhitā texts in north India, such as Bhrigu Samhitā or Rāvana Samhitā.

My considered response:  

 

1. Digitizing Naadi-Grantha is No more- No less in worth compared to digitized document of any original paper.   

   ‘Digitized document’ will not yield any better sense than ‘ what elephant image can yield  as ‘elephant-

     experience’. Digitization benefit is preservation in a different mode and relative ease of document access.

 

2. On ‘Why not’ ?-  Yes. It needs a different kind of work : 

    The research focus is needed on finding the ‘Mind (Chitta) in Machine (Yantra).

 

3. On <  Nadi Astrology>- Primary axiom <"Nadi" (nāḍi)=  There are 150 Nādis in a sign or Rāshi (Rāsi); one sign is 30

     degrees of the zodiac 360> .

 

     This mode of ‘Nadi’- conceptualization as a ‘Numeric division unit’ is a very poor representation of traditional Yoga-

     Science of ‘Nadi’ which needs to be primarily mounted on Axioms: Nakshatra- Rashi- Graha’.

 

      This needs advanced research to explore ‘Graha- Nakshatra- Mandala- Vishwa Prakruti’ (Gita- 11-13 : jagat-

     kritsnam);‘Kaala- Desha vyavasthaa’ (= Kaala (Gita – 11-32); Pancha mahabhoota ‘Aakasha’ (Gita -7-4) to be

     mapped to  ‘ Nakshatraanaam aham Shashi - Gita -10-21).

80% of the people go to wrong persons and conclude that NADI is unscientific. Genuine ones who went to the real spot find the future predictions after 3 decades of running life remarkable precisions. On the face of it , one must accept the shock , without your disclosure of names and relevance to computing Jadagams, how your name, parent and children are seen? And NADI is not available for every one as what was left alone is distributed among and run as and when the persons do appear. We can compute every second of the planetary motions of the future but we will not be able to predict the name was GSS murthy. Lets not try to express with dubious words  K R IRS 21125

Yes, I am in that 80%.

I feel, 80% is a very low estimate. Because, more than 80% of Nadi Astrologers are not authentic as per my (direct and indirect)  experience. 

Compared to Nadi Jyotisha, I have seen better predictions made by a computer software. I have been observing predictions made about 25 years ago, for three people, coming true with fair amount of accuracy.

Name of the software: "Malayogam", Computer Services, Cochin 17. Licensee: Swati Compuser Services, Hyderabad.

Now, I am searching for this software again. If anyone have any leads, please share.

I had attempted to scan the palm leaves once. However, the scanner’s light penetrated the engraved letters, and that resulted in an unreadable scanned image. Not worth it I'd say unless we get better results.

    Scanning-technicality as ‘ contrast –of light – for image capture’  is NOT same as ‘Eye reading Manu-Script’.

2.  Nadi Astrologer – Authenticity is different from ‘ Nadi – Read- Predict- Interpreter/ Translator’ – ‘Divination’-

      efficiency !   How can expect the ‘Nadi’ – Language – System analytics, prediction pointers by historic script

       of ‘manuscript’ to identify current ‘ enquiring person’ ?   The current persons name for example , may be

       The exceptions of ‘Nadi’ predictions by statistically significant matching of events  demands a greater need

        to investigate the ‘ SYSTEM OF NADI PRINCIPLES’.  The NASA software, and ‘ Physical Mass of Plantery

       identity by position and movement’ in calculation does not resonate to the  ‘Vedanga Jyotisha’ – Graha-

        Nakshatra –Devataa technicality’.  The axioms ‘ Physicality  of Universe / Cosmos/ Milky way/ Death of

        Stars / Sun as a Star,  Moon as a Star governed by Newtonian / Quantum Physics’ laws need a review –

        elevation and expansion. 

       In traditional terms, ‘Ganita’ is necessary –critical part of Vedanga Jyotisha’; but not sufficient to

        Get benefit from Vedanga Jyotisha’.  This is upfront stated in all classical texts of Vedanga Jyotisha. Why

         critics miss this key point ?  Would ‘Physics’ alone be able to explain ‘Life Sciences’ and ‘Humanities’ ?

   It is not understood whether Sri BVK criticise or encomium the Nadi?  Without flash and deep light cameras and lenses are available through which many sanskrit text on palm leaves were copied and printed. But Nadi is treated as a sanctum sanctorum by astros who genuinely hold them so it is not allowed to be printed and photographed; a pure religious aspect. Only limited old palm leaves are available and many astro families threw it out unaware of what they are as we lost vedic leaves in the British time. BVKji doubts have no basis; you can see the leaves and partly go through as all letters are  not readable by laymen; but astro family trains them so they are able to; also have you ever questioned the nexus "nadi" [you approach} ? How come you went to the genuine nadi on that date where it is stated point blank that day and a person approaching which you can read and how was a coincidence? And siva name can be interpreted cleverly as BVKji doubts; but when vishnu name is sitting the palm leaf does not utter siva name at all; HOW?  Coincidance and fluke?  More than a dozen identifications are sought without the astro knowing you at all except the finger impression only and how it is possible to fabricate?   Was it or is it a coincidence that your jadaga chart is found there on that date to see?  NADI CONFIRMS NOT A MERE KNOWLEDGE OF ASTROLOGY ALONE, BUT THE VISION TO SEE THE FUTURE SPECIFIED IN VEDAS AND IT IS A PROOF. Google Gemini with Deep Research will give you a reading of both Agastya Nadi and Bhrigu Nadi if you share the Horoscope with the type of Dasa system specified.

As the nadis are rasi or stellar constellations based, it would be better if you also give the Narayana Dasa horoscope in addition to Vimshottari.

It is also able to compute Kalachakra Dasa and read to Agastya Nadi method if you upload the Narayana Dasa horoscope and specify it. P Narasimha Rao's Jagannath Hora open source software gives you the Narayana Dasa as well. 

Narayana Dasa and Kalachakra Dasa systems are cosmic astrology systems that indicate divine will as opposed Vimshottari that reflects individual desire and karmic evolution based on those desires. VM is apparently 

It makes it clear it doesn't have the palm leaf manuscripts yet but it can use the same Agastya system to do a reading. It can also do a Bhrigu nadi system reading but Agastya is more precise based on the response.

There is no part of astrological texts that can facilitate astrological predictions for a country as large as india. All astrological texts use the word जातः meaning born and countries aren't जातः. The bhavas of the rashichakra has bhavas bandhu, putra and yuvati which is undefined for countries. So at best these kind of predictions are prajalpa.

In the Mahabharata there are some descriptions of bhauma shakunis that can be used to predict the fate of countries. And a detailed section on shakunis can be obtained from Agni Purana. But beyond that astrology for countries doesn't have no shastric basis.
