Please find below a link to an article which describes an experiment where a robot exerts influence on students. I know that the setting is far removed from that of Vedic sentences and Mimamsakas, but this is an example of how शब्दीभावना works. This is also the reason why it is so difficult to ignore someone offering opinions, solicited or otherwise.
