Much ado about the Ramayana -- at Harvard

[Ramesh Rao]

This is a strange dance that all the players involved in this 9-day event at Harvard have danced, and done it badly...

Dear Scholars,

I was one of the invited speakers at this event and I do think that it was well-organized and well-attended. I do not know about the behind-the-scene. The event involved the participation of well-known Ramayana scholars in western academia.

Regards,

Kushagra

By the time I knew about the event, it was sold out.  It was held as a public event in Harvard space.

It was a Morari Bapu cult event.  Evangelism is rampant in the US these days.
