Or atleast a full, good quality  scan.

It was published as part of the Government Oriental Library Series.

Here is a scan of an edition with all the published commentaries of Taittiriya Pratisakhya. It uses the GOLS edition for Somayarya and Gargya Gopala Yajva's commentaries.
