मराठी व्याकरणाची मूलतत्त्वे (Fundamentals of Marathi Grammar) is an old book on Marathi grammar. Authored by Ganesh Hari Kelkar (गणेश हरि केळकर), the book was first published in 1933. The book seems to have been popular, as the third edition was published in 1937. A later edition, edited by Shankar Gopal Tulpule (शंकर गोपाळ तुळपुळे), was published by City Book Stall, Pune, in 1966. The book is now out of print and most likely out of copyright.

A few weeks ago, I was looking for a copy of this book and asked for help on social media and messaging groups (including this one). The response was overwhelming, with several people making efforts to find the book in Pune. Sh. Harishchandra Lakshman Prajapati, a Punekar, found an old copy. He sent me a photocopy for my personal use and patiently scanned the entire book using his mobile device. Thrice, I offered to pay him for photocopying the book, binding the photocopied pages, mailing me the bound copy, and scanning the book. However, he did not accept a single paisa from me: paropakārāya satāṃ vibhūtayaḥ.
