New Project on Navya-Nyāya

Dear Pandits & Scholars,

For many months now, I have been working on my project: “The Tradition of Indian New Logic (navya-nyāya) and its Speculative Grammar. A Biography vol. 1 – Papers and Monographs in English (1924 -2024)”. I would be grateful if you could contribute to it by letting me know whether you have published on this subject.

I am replacing the term “papers and monographs” with “academic works” so that the project also includes those types of scholarly output that are not formally classified as articles or monographs, such as:

• reviews
• introductions
• translations
• chapters
• critical editions
• commentaries

 

I believe this project will serve researchers in this field around the world for decades to come. I have already compiled over 800 entries, so if anyone would like their publications to be included in the monograph, please feel free to contact me. In this way, let us jointly celebrate the 100th anniversary of Navya-Nyāya studies worldwide.
