नुँक् insertion for णिच् of धूञ्

Can someone please point out the sutra that allows this insertion as shown above?

धूञ्प्रीञोर्नुग्वक्तव्यः इति वार्तिकेन णिचि परे धूञ्‌ प्रीञ्‌ इति धात्वोः नुगागमः |

धूञ्‌ + णिच्‌ → धू + नुक्‌ + इ → धू + न्‌ + इ → धूनि इति णिजन्तधातुः → धूनयति
