She has been a Postdoctoral Senior Fellow at the University of Oxford; Charles Wallace Fellow and Teaching Assistant at Queen's University, Belfast, UK; UN International Law Fellow at The Hague Academy of International Law, Netherlands; Junior and Senior Research Fellow at JNU, New Delhi; and Consultant at UNIFEM, India. She has authored 3 books and 25 research articles. She is the Executive Editor of two journals: Asian Ethnicity (by Taylor and Francis), and Vantage (by Maitreyi College, Delhi University). Dr Shailendra Kumar teaches at the Department of Management, Sikkim's Central University, Gangtok, India. His research and specialization areas include Business and Religion, Artificial Intelligence and Ethics, Business Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility, Business and Gender, Business and Human rights, and Marketing Management. He is a member of the Board of Studies and School Board of leading Indian universities like SRM University, Sikkim University, etc., and has formulated the course structure and content of these universities. . His book Ethics and Corporate Governance, published by Cengage and IMT Ghaziabad, and is used as source material for the students of IMT Ghaziabad.
