See http://sanskritdocuments.org/doc_z_misc_amarakosha.html, in particular the links marked "ITX."

We have an interface to the Amarakosha available at
http://sanskrit.uohyd.ernet.in/scl/amarakosha/
Given a pratipadikam, it displays the paryaaya shabdas in different
senses.
E.g. if you give an input 'पत्र' and select the relations as
'पर्यायवाची(Synsets)' under the link http://sanskrit.uohyd.ernet.in/scl/amarakosha/frame.html
you will get the following output:
पर्यायवाची(Synset)
अर्थः :: पत्रम् | वर्गः :: वनौषधिवर्गः | पत्र, पलाश, छदन, दल, पर्ण, छद
अर्थः :: पक्षिपक्षः | वर्गः : सिंहादिवर्गः | गरुत्, पक्ष, छद, पत्र,
पतत्र, तनूरुह
अर्थः :: वाहनम् | वर्गः :: क्षत्रियवर्गः | वाहन, यान, युग्य, पत्र,
धोरण
Thus it shows various senses in which the word 'पत्र' occurs in the
Amarakosha.
In the browser, there is also a tooltip which shows the kANda, varga,
Shloka, lifga of the given word.
If you give the word 'हरि' which is the most ambiguous word in the
Amarakosha, you will get some 14 different senses as below:

by other relations such as pati-patni bhaava, janya-janaka-bhaava,
etc.
Finally, if you are interested in knowing what are all related words
to a given word in the Amarakosha, you may try the last option under
relations viz. 'all relations'. Try with the word 'विष्णु'.
You may refer to the following papers presented at various conferences

Here are both dictionaries available online along with many others.
http://www.sanskrit-lexicon.uni-koeln.de
Please check each and find suitable to you. All give the Sanskrit words and not ling vacant vibhakti. Also the two mentioned do not give vacant vibhakti and only give only linga of the word as in any dictionary. Some give the words nominative case, but not in all cases. One should learn from grammar books in all the vacan and vibhakti and dictionaries are not meant for it.
