Voting procedure for VOBA EC

After the nomination forms were scrutinized, the following *two candidates* were elected unopposed to the Executive Committee:

1. Darryl Cardoza - Class of 1987 (block of 1980 to 1989)

2. Nirmal Makhija - Class of 1992 (block of 1990 to 1999).

So, elections are required to be conducted on 22nd Nov '25 between 5.15 to 6.15 pm, at the Fr.Oesch Hall, for the *remaining two vacancies* in the Executive Committee.

The four candidates for these two vacancies are all from the block 1970-1979 :

1. Kering Vikram (77)

2. Morris Arthur (74)

3. Poonawalla Aziz (75)

4. Solanki Thanmal (73)

Each voter is required to produce his VOBA ID card (or valid ID proof) to collect a ballot paper.

At the venue, any member without his VOBA ID card should preferably have the VOBA online Directory Of Members open on their own Mobile, with his name showing.

Inspite of the earlier confusion, *we will have preferential voting*, as per the VOBA byelaws. 

Every voter, must mark your preferential votes for *each and everyone* of the 4 candidates.

Preferential votes numbering 1 to 4 have to be marked in the last column against the name of the candidates you prefer.

(You have only 4 votes in the preferential numbering sequence)

*No column should be left unmarked*, as a partly or fully blank ballot paper will be invalidated.

Nothing additional is to be written on the ballot paper.
