Yes, I just made an open Beta testing channel for it. Opt in here:

https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.iiordanov.aRDP

Please tell me whether you were able to get the Beta and how it works.

Thanks!

iordan

Hey,just wanted to check in.
Storage redirect is confirmed working in Ubuntu 18.04, with KDE, XFCE, GNOME, and Cinnamon desktops.
However, sound redirect is failing on all of the above. On GNOME, I get a dummy output, but no sound. None of the others even show that.
From my understanding of sound over xrdp is that client and host need the pulseaudio libraries to work, and pulseaudio is the preferred way to forward sound to a client computer. Is pulseaudio implemented in aRDP Pro, and if so,is it implemented correctly?

Hey,

Thanks for confirming the fix for shared storage.

Sound redirection is implemented within the RDP protocol with FreeRDP, and does not involve pulseaudio.

I tried to set up pulseaudio sink modules for xrdp but was not successful on my first attempt. There are online guides for how to do so if you would like to try it.

Thanks!

From what I know of, setting up the sinks would require your client to listen on port 4000, and have pulseaudio installed.
I created a post/thread (I think) for this, but I can't find it so I'll point out here this https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/security/rdp-clients-exposed-to-reverse-rdp-attacks-by-major-protocol-issues/
