im trying to use arrow keys with a Proxmox Spice console connected to a Ubuntu 24 Virtual machine and they don't work

Currently on OSX Sequoia 15.5

Hello,

Is the "Use D-pad for arrows" setting enabled when you edit default settings (from the hamburger menu in the app)?

I don't see a Use D-pad for arrows in OSX version

Sorry, I didn't realize you were referring to the OSX version!

I'll look into it. Do the on-screen arrow keys work if you toggle them on (from the menu) and click them?

OK, arrow keys work in version 46 (latest on the App Store) connecting to both Ubuntu (20.04 and 24.04) and Windows VMs.

They even work on my VMs that have no graphics server running and no spice-tools (vdagent) installed.

Not sure what is different in your setup.

What version of the app do you have installed? (check the bottom of the help dialog for it).

What virtualization framework are you using?
