my motion data file had wrong axis. When I open the file with bvh hacker, it is laying on the floor, moving in the right way, however still laying on the floor.

I rotated it with bvh hacker to make it stand up right. The motion itself has no problem, however when I click set T button, it lies on the floor again.

Is there any solution of this problem? How can I rotate my motion data file to make it stand up right?
