Reimbursement for meals

All,
It was recently approved that meals would be reimbursed for all members running duty whether it was weekend or weekday duty. The following criteria is to be followed.
1. The individual must be staffing for a minimum of 4 hours. Any other department duties not involving staffing a unit must receive prior approval from a chief officer or president for reimbursement to occur.
2. Maximum reimbursement per person is $10. Anything above that amount will not be reimbursed. If a crew decides to cook a meal together the same $10 per person applies. Keep in mind the 4 hour minimum staffing requirement for individuals to qualify.
3. Original receipt must be turned in to the Administrative mailbox at the station within 10 days of the expense. On the top of the receipt must be written the name of the individual to be reimbursed and the reason ie duty crew.
