All new members who have joined Buckhall from July 1, 2014 on need to have fingerprinting done and sent in to OEMS. This is a mandatory state requirement. If you have joined after July 1, 2014 and already been fingerprinted then you can disregard this email. For all those who have not gotten it done you need to fingerprinted by April 30, 2015 or you will be unable to participate in ANY Buckhall activities or be allowed on station property. This applies to both operational and supporting members. If you need to pay for the fingerprinting bring a receipt so you can be reimbursed. For directions see below. Here's what needs to be done for fingerprinting.

The prints have to be on OEMS cards. There is a stack of print cards in a folder labeled "Fingerprint Cards" in the top slot of the document holder just inside the watch office on the left. Members should take 2-3 cards with them, but only one needs to be turned in (extras are in case of an issue during printing).

The options for where to go to get printed are:

The Manassas PD Kao Circle location, (8406 Kao Circle, Euclid Business Center) which is open for printing 0800-1130 and 1300-1500 M-F. Cost is $5
PW County Sheriff's Office, 9311 Lee Ave., Manassas, 1100-1500 M-F. Cost is $10
Stonewall Jackson VFD on Tuesday nights--ask for EMT Dave Day.

Once the folks get their prints taken, they should return the cards to Abby Hayes by placing them in the Membership mailbox who will send all the cards to OEMS in one mailing.
