Hello Stuart,

As you may or may not have heard, I have been developing a proposal for an urban Multiplex-Velodrome for Victoria. It this been 7 months in the genesis of the vision, proposal and some very preliminary drawings to tickle the imagination. Now its time to share a more formal document that can form the basis for an informed discussion, debate and hopefully spark interest in the concept.

I would value your opinion and feedback as we try to get the buzz going to launch this concept. However, I do need honest, (brutally honest) feedback so that we can find the gremlins and sort them out before we get too far down the road.

I have been getting very positive feedback from business, cycling community members and politicians who have provided invaluable insight to the evolution of this document.
