Dear Alumni ( 2013 / 2014 /2015 Pass out Batch Students),

We urgently need your help. NBA Committee is vising our college for Accreditation Process. One of the important form as part of this accreditation process is Alumni Survey Form.Please find ATTACHED the " Alumni Survey" form--

1. Please download the Alumni Survey Form 

2. Take PRINT-OUT

3. Fill all the Required Details using PEN along with your signature

4. Scan the filled Form and make a PDF of the same 

5. Email the Alumni Survey PDF to register....@bvb.edu  with subject " Alumni Survey Form + Your  Dept+ Your Batch"  on or before 7th July.
