Dear Students,

Warm greetings from BVB, Hubballi!!

As you are aware, BVB was a part of TEQIP-II project, which involves a grant given by world bank to enhance the quality of professional education in India through the Central HRD Ministry. The implementation is supervised by the National Project Implementation Unit ( NPIU). BVB received a grant of INR 10 Crore, and during this year, because of the good performance we received an additional grant of INR 5 Crore.

NPIU is conducting a Tracers study by our alumni to see the impact of the project. They have asked us to provide the details of pass-out students of the year 2014 & 2015. In this regard, we have given your details along with your email id to NPIU. You will shortly receive an email and a questionnaire for this study purpose. We request you to respond to their email and give effective feedback as what you have seen as an improvement in BVB during your years of study.

We have attached a PPT of TEQIP-II project with necessary detailing, which will assist you in understanding the benefits received by institute and most important students of the institute.

The major benefits include the setting up of state of the art laboratories, fibre backbone with wifi, training of Faculty, Placement enhancement activities, sponsoring students for conferences, industry visits, Curriculum development with Industries, Teaching Assistantships to PG students, conduct of National / International Conferences, etc.
