| Job Requirements | CORE FUNCTIONS
* Develop and maintain web pages. Work may include standalone landing pages, navigational elements, headers, footers, copy changes, documents, press releases, brochure sites, campaign microsites and more
* Work with QA to ensure quality of published web content, enhancing and modifying things as necessary to achieve the best user experience
* Operate within brand style guidelines and code standards
* Work independently or as part of a project team in a fast-paced, collaborative distributed environment
* Possess an understanding of the development process and be able to communicate to stakeholders on status, issues, and resolutions
* Manage time and workload. Understand when/how to reach out to peers, managers and other functions for assistance or guidance
* Stay updated on current and new technologies. Be eager to learn, discuss and share new and relevant web topics
* Good written and verbal communication skills

Education and Experience | EDUCATION
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field; or equivalent experience in Graphic Arts, Information Systems, Technical Writing, or other relevant web discipline
* 2-3 years of web development experience is required
