28th April, 2015. The meeting will take place at the above mentioned address from 3 pm to 6 pm.

Agenda and Schedule

 

Ø  15:10 hrs – Punctuality award lucky draw winner to be announced

 

Ø  15:15hrs to 15:45hrs – Welcome address by National President-(Amrita Raghunandan), National Secretary (Jaya Gadgil) and President IATF-North and National-Joint Secretary (Pearl Jindal). Punctuality award prize to be given.

 

Ø  15:45 to 16:15hrs – Discussion about the France trip being organized by IATF to CLA (Centre De Linguistique Appliquée), Besançon in July followed by the discussion of the activities to be done in the forthcoming year – Projects, Seminars, Trainings, workshops…. Etc.

 

Ø  16:15hrs to 16:45hrs- IATF Presentation and membership drive by Vice President-IATF North- Sonali Arora and Secretary IATF North- Dr. Bratish Sarkar for all new members, those who would like to take the life time membership of IATF, please carry INR 3000 in cash, fill in the forms and get your membership cards on the spot.

 

Ø  16:45hrs-17:15hrs- Membership cards to be distributed to all existing life members those who have not got till date, kindly bring any proof of your membership, (Receipt of IATF, cheque Number issued, print out of mail confirming your membership), this is required as IATF north is supposed to keep a record of the same. Any other points with the permission of the Chair.

 

Ø  17:15hrs- 17:45hrs – High Tea & Snacks and informal discussions
