According to preliminary calculations, the construction of all infrastructure facilities for the life support of the village as a territory of integrated development will require the following amount: 15,275,000,000.00 rubles.
Thus, for the implementation of the first stage of construction of the village with all communications, together with the initial investments for the purchase of a site with permits (213,600,000.00 rubles), the amount required will be: 3,421,160,000.00 rubles of capital investments.

During the operation of the existing iron ore mine (from 1875 to the present), about 35 million tons of tailings have accumulated after primary ore processing.
First of all, it is necessary to build under this Project:
1. Enrichment plants for ore processing and iron concentrate mining;
2. A steel smelting plant with arc steel-making furnaces and rolling mills - these are arc steel-making furnaces based on the Midrex direct reduction iron process. It is also planned to purchase rolling mills to obtain a wide range of finished products.
3. A silicon production plant;

5. Other production facilities for the extraction of all industrially and economically significant chemical elements of the periodic table;
6. A plant for the production of building materials from ore residues.
In this way, the Waste-Free Production Project will be implemented, which will bring not only economic benefits, but also environmental benefits to the entire region as a whole.
According to preliminary estimates, the implementation of this Project will require investments in the total amount of: USD 3,500,000,000.00 (Three billion five hundred million) USD, for the first stage of developing this Project, USD 500.00 million (Five hundred million) USD is needed. The main amount will be required after the preparatory period in equal tranches of USD 500.00 (Five hundred million) USD over two years in accordance with the developed Project implementation schedules. The investment amount will be: RUB 350,000,000,000.00 (Three hundred and fifty billion) RUB. After the launch of all production, this investment amount will pay off many times over the course of five years of operation of the industrial complex.
