Fabulous invention

I bought this after reading a recommendation by Joel Salatin. Have used it one season and been thrilled. No more pigs bathing in their drinking water or dumping it all out. Still gets amazingly muddy just from their snouts. We had some trouble getting the fill valve set right but once we did, it was perfect. I say was because we took it in for the winter and haven't put it back out yet. The one flaw is that large rubber stoppers are used to close the three drain holes and if you lose one, as we have, you can't use it until they are replaced. I suggest buying some spares with the drinker and that the drinker manufacturer should sell extra plugs to make replacement easier. The size is good - I can move the drinker alone, which is nice.
