The items that are missing from that package are in the package we
have just sent to you. The person who was in charge of sending the
package took those items out without telling us. Taiwan customs will
not accept packages that are above a certain weight, so they were put
in a different box to be shipped with your back orders. He didn't tell
us about this until after we sent you that email. We also didn't
expect your back orders to take so long to get back in stock.
I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. Everything will reach you very
soon- it was sent out May 7. Here is a confirmation number for your
package: CP514673155US Your Skorne warpack will be sent tomorrow. I'm
sorry about that, too- the person who was in charge of sending
packages messed up a lot of things, and we had to fire him because of
it. And then I mis-read your email and didn't see that the Skorne
warpack was missing. You will get it in the mail very soon, though!
